7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Clearance or final sale items
Custom orders are final sale unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the approved item to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
